At the beginning of 2021, when the COVID-19 pandemic has passed the strong point of outbreak, Hanoi and other provinces and cities began to resume operations as before. Realizing the need of comming back to the gyms, HT Fitness quickly reached out to ServiSense with the desire to optimize customer experience across communication channels on digital platforms. Instead of advertising rampantly, HT Fitness wants its digital channels to be the ones that provide the most accurate knowledge, given by the founder – Mr. Khanh Thien Ho, with a huge and profound amount of knowledge in the industry.
